FAQ’s
What is Infinity24?
Infinity24 is a 24-hour race set in the beautiful Eden Valley, Cumbria where participants aim to complete as many laps as possible, either solo or as part of a team. The winners in each category will be those that have covered the most distance in 24 hours.
Can I take a break?
Yes, whether you’re running solo, in a pair or a team you can take breaks whenever you like for as long as you like but the clock never stops! When you’ve finished your break you simply rejoin the course.
When does the race start?
Infinity24 starts at 11am on Saturday, 17th May 2025.
What is the last time I can start a lap?
You can start a lap up to 11am on Sunday. There is a one hour time limit for your final lap (so it must be completed by 12pm) for it to count towards your total distance.
Can my team cross the finish line togther?
Yes, all team members can join that team’s final runner to cross the finish line on their last lap. There will be an area close to the finish chute for team members to join the course.
Can I run with my dog?
Unfortunately not, the run takes place on a working farm and you may well be running through fields with livestock in them. Dogs are welcome on site but must be on a short lead at all times.
Where are the toilets located during the race?
Toilets, showers and the water refill points as well as food vendors will be located in the farmyard which you will run through at the end of each lap.
How will the water refill point work?
Infinity24 is striving to be a plastic free event. Runners will be issued with a collapsible cup at registration. You will need to carry this with you to use the water refill point which is situated in the farmyard. If the weather is extremely hot there will be a second water refill point roughly half way round the lap. There will be no disposable cups at the water refill points.
Will there be food available?
There will be food and drink vendors on site and a bar.
Where will I be camping?
Your race entry fee includes your camping in the event field for Friday and Saturday nights. Supporters can also camp in the event field at a cost of £15 per person per night. Upgrades to other camping options are available, please see the accommodation page for details.
Solo runners are guaranteed a trackside pitch. Team pitches will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. We recommend you arrive on Friday to get the pitch you want so you can soak up the atmosphere before the race starts on Saturday.
There are no arrivals on site after 8pm. You must leave your pitch by 5pm on Sunday
Can I stay on Sunday night?
Yes, you can add an extra night’s stay on to your weekend by booking with Mains Farm directly.
Can I decorate my pitch?
Absolutely! We would encourage everyone to help create the Infinity24 atmosphere by bringing out their best fairy lights, banners and fancy dress costumes! There may even be spot prizes!
Will there be prizes?

We aim to hold the prize ceremony at 1.00pm on Sunday once the results have been verified.
Prizes will be awarded for the following categories:
Solo Runners – Male, Female
Pairs – Male, Female, Mixed
